BeProfit alternatives for Google Ads profit per product
BeProfit is multi-store, multi-platform profit analytics priced by monthly orders from $49 a month, and its listing puts more than one shop only on the $249 Plus plan. For Google Ads profit per product across several stores, only Opteno ($29.97 a month for three stores in one workspace) and Bloom Analytics ($40 for up to three shops) publish a price. For a single store, Selvra OS (POAS per campaign) and ProfitFinder are cheaper options. For one P&L across Meta, TikTok and Amazon as well, TrueProfit and Bloom Analytics are the closest, or stay with BeProfit. (Profit Calc covers Meta and TikTok but lists no Amazon integration.)

What BeProfit is, and who should stay with it
Stay with BeProfit if you sell across several shops and platforms and want one P&L that also counts shipping, discounts and marketplace fees. It calls itself “Real-time analytics software for multichannel brands”, and its homepage leads with “Profit Analytics Across ALL Your Stores”.
It works with Amazon, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo and TikTok, and has been listed since September 2020. Basic is $49 (450 orders), Pro $99 (900) and Ultimate $149 (1,700), each for 1 shop; Plus is $249 with “Unlimited Orders No Extra Fee”, “Unlimited Shops & Platforms” and “API Access”. Annual billing saves 20%, and every plan has a 14-day trial.
Look elsewhere if your ad spend is mostly Google Shopping and Performance Max and $249 a month is more than you want to pay to see several stores together.

What three stores cost, from published prices
Example only: three Shopify stores, each under 450 orders a month, wanting profit per product in one account. On list prices read on 29 September 2026, Opteno is the lowest at $29.97 a month and BeProfit Plus the highest at $249.
- Opteno: $29.97. A third store moves all three to $9.99 each; one store is $14.99, two are $23.98.
- Bloom Analytics Grow: $40. Bloom’s blog post of 28 September 2026 lists up to 3 shops, and $10 per extra store, on each paid plan; its pricing page does not state a store limit.
- TrueProfit Advanced: $180, or $60 × 3, as each store needs its own plan; over 600 orders a store adds $0.20 an order.
- BeProfit Plus: $249, or $2,390 a year. It is the only plan listed with more than one shop.
Not published: ProfitFinder, Selvra OS, Profit Calc
None of the three publishes a multi-store price, and ProfitFinder and Selvra OS do not mention multiple stores. If each store needed its own plan, which no page says, three would cost $44.97 on ProfitFinder, $117 on Profit Calc Starter and $119.97 on Selvra OS. Ask before you buy.
Opteno: Google Ads profit per product, every store in one workspace
Opteno suits merchants whose paid traffic is Google Shopping and Performance Max and who run more than one store. Stores belong to a workspace, not a login: you sign in once, switch store without signing out, and every store is measured by the same formulas. There is no limit on stores and no charge per seat.
It joins Google Ads spend to Shopify orders through the product offer identifier Google reports spend against, and shows spend, revenue, cost of goods, refunds, ROAS, POAS and net profit per product over 7, 14, 30 and 60 days, by variant, country and market. Its only Google Ads write is excluding or including a product offer in a Performance Max asset group, after a person approves. It has an MCP server and a REST API.
Its limits: no Meta, TikTok or Amazon ads; no shipping, payment fees or fixed costs in net profit; a 7-day trial that needs a card; and it is new, being rolled out to a first group of Shopify merchants, with no published customer count, reviews or ratings.
Example: one product, two stores
ROAS = revenue ÷ ad spend; POAS = (revenue − cost of goods) ÷ ad spend, break-even at 1.00×; net profit = revenue − cost of goods − ad spend. Example figures: in store A a product has $2,000 revenue, $1,000 cost of goods and $500 spend, so ROAS is 4.00×, POAS 2.00× and net profit $500. In store B it has $1,000 revenue, $650 cost of goods and $400 spend: ROAS 2.50×, but POAS 0.88× and a $50 loss. Blended, the product earns $450; per store, one of the two loses money.
Bloom Analytics: three shops on one flat plan
Bloom is the closest on multi-store price and covers far more channels. It “shows the true profit you’ve earned and the channels that actually drive it”, with unlimited orders on every plan: free (last 7 days), Sprout $20, Grow $40 and Flourish $80. Product profits, Amazon and MCP connectors start on Grow; “Country ROAS & Profit” is on Flourish. Listed since October 2024. Pick Bloom for several channels on a price that does not rise with orders; pick Opteno for spend joined on the product offer identifier Google reports spend against, and Performance Max offer exclusions.
Selvra OS: POAS per campaign, Google Ads only
Selvra OS suits Google Ads merchants who want profit per campaign and changes proposed for them: “Google Ads profit optimisation for Shopify merchants”, for those “spending £3k–£50k/month on Google Ads”. It calculates POAS for every campaign daily and queues “budget reduction, campaign pause, negative keyword” for approval, or runs chosen actions automatically. One plan, $39.99 a month, billed through Shopify. Pick it if you want campaign-level budget, pause and negative-keyword proposals; pick a per-product tool to find losing products inside Shopping and Performance Max.
ProfitFinder: the lowest price here for product profit with Google and Meta spend
ProfitFinder suits a single store wanting Google and Meta spend beside product profit at the lowest listed price. It “combines revenue, product costs, shipping, fees, and ad spend to show true profit at both store and product level”. Everything ($14.99) syncs Google Ads and Meta spend and shows profit per product; Micro is $4.99. Listed since May 2026, it mentions neither multiple stores nor how Google Ads spend reaches each product, so check both in the 7-day trial.
TrueProfit: an All-store view, one plan per store
TrueProfit suits multi-platform stores wanting net profit after shipping, transaction fees and taxes, with an All-store view. It calls itself “a Net Profit Analytics platform that lives up to its name” and has been listed since July 2019. Plans run from $35 (300 orders) to $200 (3,500), with a per-order fee above each plan's order limit, capped at $300 to $1,000 a month depending on the plan; Product Analytics starts at $60. Its pricing page says “each store needs its own TrueProfit plan”, with a discount above five stores.
Profit Calc: the same features on every plan
Profit Calc suits dropshipping, print-on-demand and multi-currency stores: “Know your real profit instantly.” It connects AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Printful and Printify, and supports VAT, cash on delivery and historical exchange rates. Plans run from $39 (500 orders) to $249 (unlimited), with the same features on each. Its site says it “supports multi-store operations and centralized reporting views” but publishes no multi-store price. Listed since December 2019.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best BeProfit alternative for Google Ads?
For profit per product inside Shopping and Performance Max across several stores, Opteno; for POAS per campaign with budget proposals, Selvra OS; for Google and Meta on one store at a low price, ProfitFinder. If you sell on Amazon or advertise on Meta and TikTok, Bloom, TrueProfit or BeProfit fit better, because Opteno covers Google Ads only.
How much does BeProfit cost for multiple stores?
Its Shopify listing gives Basic ($49), Pro ($99) and Ultimate ($149) one shop each. “Unlimited Shops & Platforms” is on Plus, at $249 a month or $2,390 a year, which also removes the order limit and adds API access.
Is there a cheaper multi-store profit tracker for Shopify?
On published prices for three stores with product profit, yes: Opteno costs $29.97 a month and Bloom’s Grow plan $40. Compare like for like, though: Bloom and BeProfit also count shipping and other expenses and cover Meta, TikTok and Amazon, which Opteno does not.
Does BeProfit track Google Ads?
Yes. Google Ads is one of six integrations on its listing, with Facebook Ads, TikTok, Amazon, Google Analytics and Klaviyo, and product profit starts on Basic. The listing does not say how Google Ads spend is assigned to products, so check that in the 14-day trial.
Can I run Opteno alongside BeProfit?
Yes. Opteno adds no script, pixel or theme change; setup is two OAuth connections, to Shopify and to Google Ads. The 7-day trial lets you judge whether the per-product Google Ads view adds enough before paying for both.
