Who it’s for
Every client account, with the right access per person
Client stores sit in one workspace. Roles decide what each person on your team can see and do, every change to a client’s store waits for someone who holds that permission, and the workspace keeps a log of who acted.
One workspace, every client store
The usual arrangement is a shared login per client, a password manager nobody audits, and no way to answer “who excluded that product” three weeks later.
Opteno replaces it with membership. People belong to the workspace, stores belong to the workspace, and what a person may do is the role they hold — not which password they were given.
Built for running several accounts
Switch client without signing out
Every connected store is in the same workspace, on the same definitions of revenue, cost of goods, ROAS, POAS and net profit. No second login, no second subscription, no exports to reconcile.
Roles, from twenty-one named permissions
View the dashboard; exclude from Google Ads; change product status; manage tags, filter presets and notes; export CSV; view competitors; import products; view or manage automations; manage users, stores and API keys. A junior can have the dashboard without the exclusions, and a client can have a read-only seat.
Approvals with a person attached
Anything that writes to a client’s Shopify store or Google Ads account becomes an approval batch, and only a member holding that action’s permission can approve it. The batch expires after seven days so nothing stale is ever applied.
A workspace activity log
The log records what happened and who did it — a person, an API key, an automation, the system itself or a provider’s webhook — and can be filtered by actor, action, store and date. It is the answer to "who changed this, and when".
The client grants the access, and keeps it
Your client connects their own Shopify store and their own Google Ads account, each through that provider’s own OAuth flow. Neither you nor Opteno ever sees a password.
They can disconnect from Opteno — which destroys the stored credentials immediately — or revoke from their Google or Shopify account page, and our access ends from their side. There is no email to send and no support ticket to open.
That is worth saying in a pitch: the thing you are asking them to connect can be switched off by them, unilaterally, at any moment, and it cannot touch their budgets, their bids or their storefront in the meantime.
Pricing for agencies
Billing is per store on a volume ladder: $14.99 for one, $11.99 each at two, $9.99 each at three or more. There is no per-seat charge, so adding an account manager costs nothing.
The 30-day trial covers up to five stores. The trial runs for 30 days from the day you create your workspace. No credit card is required to start it, and you are never charged unless you choose a paid subscription yourself. If you need something the ladder does not cover, write to us — it is a real mailbox, read by a person.
- $9.99 per store per month from the third store onward
- No charge per seat
